Piece 19C returns to the simplest form of a silk gown and lets the fabric do the work. Heavy silk satin falls clean from a high, straight neckline; the sleeves billow softly and close at the wrist in a fitted cuff. The skirt runs long and unbroken into a soft train.

Outer: heavy silk satin. Inner: recycled polyester.
