Our 'Try On At Home Service' is for brides who cannot travel due to restrictions, or have their eye on a special piece and want to try it on in the comfort of your own home.

At L'eto, we want to make the journey to finding your dream dress as exciting and joyful as possible, eliminating any stress that may be circulating in our world today.

HOW IT WORKS.

STEP 1: Please decide which style you would like to borrow for a fitting. We allow one gown per fitting generally. Please fill in the message bar here accordingly during your online order to let us know about your gown of choice.

STEP 2: Our fee is $400AUD which is to be used towards a deposit if you decide to go ahead with a gown. We do not refund this fee if you decide not to go ahead with the gown. Please be sure to keep this packaging for the return journey, and ensure all garments are re-packaged in the same way so they are protected during return shipping.

The gown would be sent to you via a DHL Courier and we require your feedback within next 24 hours. The return shipment is to be booked to deliver the gown back to us within 24 hour period from the gown received.

• to secure the gown, we require your valid credit card authorisation for the 50% RRP of the gown. Our team will get in touch with you via your email provided at the time of the online purchase to organise it after the online purchase is processed. This is fully refundable after the dress is received back by us.
